About Me

In our work together, we focus on unwinding conditioning and narratives so that you can access your unique inner being and create a life that is most true and nourishing for you. I use holistic, body-based healing of old patterns and relational wounds so you can untangle the past from the present and feel free to live in your natural essence and core gifts. Next to that, we focus on learning deep relational skills (relational arts) so you can deeply listen to your inner truth and feel safe to express all of yourself in relationships, career and life so all areas of your life can naturally flourish.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and earned my Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies in Somatic Psychotherapy. I’m highly experienced in relational practice and skills, and bring that into my work with clients. In my 15-year career, I have helped thousands of adults, children, teens and parents find freedom from trauma and other mental health struggles, and live rich and meaningful lives on the other side of that.

I have always been interested in the depths of the human experience, partly prompted due to my own challenging experience of childhood. A highly sensitive yet fierce child, I struggled with my emotions and feeling at home in myself and this world, yet always sensed that no matter how hard it got, that there was a way through. One that is much more multifaceted than often presented in psychology. My own quest to healing, wholeness and transformation, has meant that my life has been a study and practice of consciousness, the psyche and being human. I bring both this personal and my professional experience into my work with clients.

I am dedicated to seeing the truth of my clients at their core. I am often touched by the realization that the biggest struggle of a child or adult is also their biggest gift. I am passionate about helping them appreciate the fullness of who they are, and bring that out into their world.

I am devoted to supporting the next generation in moving through the world with as much freedom and grace as possible.

I believe in the power of what can happen when a therapist and client engage in this healing process together. Again and again, I have witnessed how this unique and collaborative relationship undoes old patterns and makes room for new ways of being and relating. While I bring a depth of training and experience to my work, I am ultimately guided by my sense of what each person needs and what we discover together.

There’s another way to live and move through the world. One that involves ease, spaciousness, connection and freedom. That’s what I help people experience.
