Grief Counseling

Navigating Dying, Death, and Grief with Compassionate Counseling & Support

grief counseling in boulder, co

Losing someone you love, or caring for them as they die, can change everything. Grief has no rulebook. It can be quiet, messy, numbing, and overwhelming. However you move through it, there’s no wrong way, and you don’t have to go through it alone.

I offer a compassionate space to help individuals and families navigate every part of this journey, from the early stages of illness and anticipatory grief to the deep sorrow that follows loss.

When someone you love is dying, I offer grief counseling that can help you:

  • Find emotional steadiness amid uncertainty and sadness.

  • Navigate medical decisions, hospice care, and end-of-life wishes.

  • Support your family through the stress and old dynamics that often surface.

After experiencing a loss, I offer space to:

  • Process emotions that can feel confusing or contradictory — sadness, guilt, anger, relief, love.

  • Find meaning and connection as you begin to live with grief rather than against it.

  • Access resources and support that help you move forward at your own pace.

Death and grief invite us into some of the hardest and most human places within ourselves. My role is to walk beside you with warmth, steadiness, and care - helping you face what’s here with compassion and courage.
